UPDATE: Received email from customer service today. Had to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the bottom of the machine and with in a few hours had another email with the replacement coming.Purchased this on January 18, 2022 and have been using it twice daily since I received it. Used it yesterday morning and last night it would not come on. Yes, It was charging.Called and emailed the company with a message let's see how good their warranty and customer service is. It has a 2 year warranty. I will call at 9 when they open and see if I can reach a person. Other than that I love the machine and want it to work use it twice a day. I will update once I talk to customer service.

First thing I want to say is that I never take the time to write reviews like this, but I was so impressed with this that I felt obliged to share it with the world.So, I have always wanted to try a system like this, but never could bring myself to cough up the cash. The last few months, however, I’ve been struggling with sudden adult-onset cystic acne. Like, really really nasty, angry, red and painful breakouts all over my chin, mouth area and neck. I was beginning to begrudgingly call it my ‘zit beard’. I was trying every thing I could think of short of seeing a dermatologist or esthetician to no avail, then finally gave in and ordered this bad boy.First thing I noticed when I received it (much sooner then was estimated, mind you)was the packaging. It was really nice. Sounds like perhaps a strange thing to mention, but I’ve noticed in the past that the better quality the packaging, the better quality the product tends to be. Take Apple, for example. So was off to a good start. They also enclosed a coupon for me to use for my next brush replacements, which I thought was nice.It comes with everything you need except the facial cleanser/soap itself. I was able to pull it all out of the box and set it up in about 5 minutes without even consulting the instructions. It’s very intuitively designed. I also love how it looks on my sink. Very futuristic. I look like a rich now when guests use my upstairs bathroom. Win #1.So I immediately want to try it out even though I had washed my face already a little bit before that and wasn’t wearing any makeup and hadn’t done anything to make my face ‘dirty’....but I just had to see how it felt, and I was so excited to be basically be starring in my own episode of the Jetsons. So I give the ol’ mug a scrub with the regular, daily use brush attachment. I just splashed my face with a bit of warm water and put a little dollop of cleanser in the pool in the center of the brush(notably less than I usually need to get my whole face clean, by the way), and go to town. It is self-timed, so I just worked my way around my face with it until it stopped. It changed direction a few times too during the 1 minute washing, so I felt like it was really getting in there. The lather was nice, but definitely be wary of using too much moisture (you want you face or brush to be only slightly moist), I noticed when I used it initially on my soaking wet face and with a wet brush that soapy foam started spraying out in all different directions. So I never used that much water again and didn’t have an issue with soap suds flying out.So, the thing stops, my first wash has ended...then the craziest thing happened....I look down at the brush I had just used to wash my ‘clean’ face...and it was covered in makeup that my face wash left behind earlier that evening! It was a rude awakening as to how much dirt and residue must have been staying on my skin all the time. No wonder I started breaking out so badly. So that’s win #2!It’s been a couple of weeks now of me using it everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I am beyond thrilled to announce that my acne is almost totally dried out! My skin feels so smooth and soft, and I have noticeably less blackheads around my nose and forehead area too! My face feels SO CLEAN now, like I had never washed my face before this product came into my life. I LOVE IT and won’t go back to being a filthy dirty girl again. At least not in my pores. I asked my husband for this for Christmas and he obliged. I was so excited until three days into using it when I was washing my face in the dark, I put the brush back into the base fully expecting to see a beautiful blue light, but nothing appeared. At this point, I came back to Amazon to see if any other users had experienced the same thing. Sure enough, the UV light not working is a known issue. I attempted to depress the button that turns the light on, to see if I could manually get it to make contact and turn on. Nothing.Literally, the whole point of this brush is that it cleans itself and you don't have to worry about washing your face with yesterday's bacteria. Waste of money. Glad he didn't buy it too far in advance of Christmas and we were still able to get a refund.

This is a great facial brush! It has just the right amount of pressure and 2 different brushes to use. This takes my skin to the next level - it's glowing after I'm done. I also love that the brush is dried and disinfected after every use. just rinse and turn it upside down - place it in the base and leave it be until the next time you want to use it. Its so easy to use!I am so glad I purchased this item - it gives my "older" skin the boost it needs!

I actually just bought this product AGAIN. I had it before and about 9 months in, it died. I even had some leftover heads for it. Unfortunately I have bought a few (other brands from stores) since and they just weren't the same. I love this one, it's small, 360 spin and two speeds makes it very easy to use. I like the UV light charge station and that I can get different heads for it. Overall I totally love the product. It's 2-3x more expensive than others, but does way more. I didn't want to play the game of getting another and being disappointed so I got this again. We will see how long THIS one lasts!

I’ve been on the fence about face brushes for quite a while because I’m not really an expert in skin care and wasn’t sure which was the best. I finally decided to pull the trigger on the Tao face brush and am so happy I did! Ultimately, I was sold on the self cleaning base as it’s effortless to use (and looks good on my counter). I’ve always used a cleanser in the shower and since the unit is waterproof I didn’t need to change anything in my routine for this! It’s crazy how much I didn’t realize I was leaving on my face by not using a brush, and this has left my skin so much more glowy. With only a week of use I can see an improvement so I already ordered another set of brushes with the coupon that came in the packaging!

I loved using this, it made my skin feel so clean... however, it only lasted 3 days until the base suddenly stopped working. I'm not sure if I got a faulty unit, but it is definitely not worth the price if it stops working after 3 days.

This product give a deep clean to your pores. I love the fact that the brush self sanitizes.....that is definitely a bonus. I've had mine for a few months now so I've really had the time to use it and can give an honest review that this is a great product. Better than some of the other facial brushes out there.

The brush cleans pretty well, however I had to stop using it as it left a yellow stain on my bathroom counter! Nothing gets it off. So, It now is in the cupboard with my other "fail" beauty gadgets... this was a rather expensive "fail"

I wouldn’t buy this product again. The uv filter used to kill the bacteria has never worked.

Easy to use and leaves your skin feeling so clean. Has really helped with my acne.
