This is a great little E4000. I’ve been wanting to make the switch from HAM radio to SDR for a while. It worked no problem on my Mac. I have used both cubeSDR and gqrx. My only complaint is the antenna is a bit small and it’s magnetic base is a bit weak. But that’s just my nitpicks. Last night I even received a beacon from a HAM satellite as well as FM broadcast radio stations.

I think I need to get a better antenna. Was pretty good once I found some decent software.

What a fantastic little device. I use it with my new up-converter and it works fantastic. There are several nice pieces of software, free, that awaits you and it is easy to setup and operate. You in time will need a better antenna, but the one provided will get you up and running. It works on the FM band and up. Enjoy.

Works as expected and as listed. Plugged it into my MacBook, downloaded some software I found on the Internet and as soon as I loaded the software I was getting crystal clear radio signals. I played with it for hours with no issues.

Excellent Item and appears to be up to NooElec's quality standards. Will research this and compare with my other R820T/T2 and E4000 tuners for my satellite projects.

I ordered this with the card and cables "The bundle" It arrived in pieces, with no instructions how to assemble. Do they think this is the 1960's? Save yourself the aggravation, buy something else. Presumably assembled!

Good product. It does everything that it was described to do. It's become a daily backpack accessory for me. I recommend it highly.

I received this item within the expected time frame in excellent condition and functions perfectly.

As a value proposition this device seemed to tick all the boxes - TV on a laptop and a wide range of broadcast reception options. Unfortunately the RTL 2832U chip used is an old device supplied with 10 year old drivers. This breaks the Memory Integrity feature in Win10 & 11 (my Windows machines indicated this on install). The driver was unable to render video using current Intel or NVidia drivers although signal strength seemed fine. The fix was to disable the graphics device forcing the machine to use the Windows default drivers. (I had tried all the compatibility options but these had no effect)

It is a bit difficult to set up, but the instructions from the website are spot on so I just followed them and got things to work.

great little tuner. Frequencies were slightly lower than expected - my tuner only gets up to 2.17ghz before going out of range, so 1 star off for that.
