Serapheena Vanilla Pound Cake Mix, 185g | Jowar and Sweet Potato Flour, Gluten Free, No Maida, Quick and Easy to make

The taste of this product was on point even when I had not used the entire sweetener packet that was provided. The products mentioned seemed very healthy. But I tried the eggless version and baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees but the cake did not rise at all. The end product left me disappointed but the taste of it was great. I had added about 15-20gm of curd to it since I was baking without eggs, but I now wonder that part should have been excluded. I have earlier baked the La Casa cake mixes with butter, milk and 20gm of curd and they had turned out perfectly spongy. May be I will try baking this product again with eggs.

My daughter is sadly gluten dairy and peanut intolerant. We were so sad she could enjoy cakes. This is so God sent for us!! Thanks a lot serapheena! God bless the creators of the recipe ..! Pls come up woth gluten dairy fee chocolates and biscuits too. Please!

Does not work as eggless. Only the first time I was able to get a proper cake. Tried again twice and it remain uncooked.

I was sceptical while buying this but glad i did buy it. It did taste good. It was more on the fudgy side than a sponge cake. It certainly didn't feel like i was eating a sweet potato. It just blended in with everything else. It's on a healthier side so that's that. Also loved that it's gluten free.

I’m gluten, dairy and nuts intolerant. This cake is really good. It was simple and easy to make. I substituted the eggs with egg replacer, oil with ghee and it was perfect. I made it in the microwave and it took exactly 3 minutes. It’s soft and fluffy. I would buy again.

Wonderful aroma. Must have been great with eggs and butter. But vegan version with oil as per instructions is pasty and heavy with starch getting sticky and settling.

We bought both variants of this brand Serapheena as we are all on a gluten free and clean label type of diet. The Chocolate variant was wiped out at home within minutes. So today made the Vanilla one at the office. Same results! Happiness is Homemade indeed!
