UPDATE: After calling customer service and getting a replacement sent, I did end up with the bag I had expected to receive. I’m hopeful it’ll work well for me in the long run, but can’t speak to it’s functionality just yet. The fabric doesn’t seem to be super durable, but that’s just a first impression. I’m glad to find that there’s no rigid frame in the top of this one, unlike the first one that I received. Overall I think I’ll be glad to have this, especially having received it on a lighting sale.ORGINAL REVIEW: Bag seems pretty nice. However, I ordered the bag in color “pewter” which is gray and instead received a black bag. I ordered this one partly for the crossbody strap as my diaper bag is a backpack; however what I received has detachable backpack straps and clips and no crossbody strap or clips. The version I received also is missing the large exterior file pocket and instead has a smaller zippered pocket. One thing that isn’t a deal breaker is the zippered top has a structured bar in it which is nice to keep it open/structured, but limits how wide the mouth of the top of the bag is. I can see that being a potential issue when digging for items in the bag. Overall, it’s a fine bag that should work for what it’s intended for, but not what I thought I was getting.

This is the third bag I've tried for my Spectra pump. The Zohzo side pockets are tall and roomy enough to easily get the pump in and out! The bag is a little taller than the others I've tried so I can fit more in it. My pump, Kiinde cooler (on its side), pump parts, misc pump supplies, purse, and some work stuff all fit in this bag! And, best part, it doesn't feel as bulky as my last bag that held less! The handles are the only downfall on this bag, they are cheap straps... but they are functional. A cute homemade pad on them from etsy might just nullify this issue.

I wanted a bag that would fit my pump, parts, and computer but refuse to pay $80 for a nylon bag that I'm only going to use for 9 months. Was so happy to find this one. I've used it for about a month now that I've been back at work and have no complaints other than that the mesh bag it came with started to disintegrate and I had to throw it away. It fits my laptop, pump, cooler bag, and parts easily. Can't quite fit my lunch, too but I can't fit that in my usual work bag either. The straps are wide enough that they don't dig, and the staging mat is very useful. Definitely 5 stars for the price.

7/1 **Update: the company sent out a replacement bag with no questions asked. Great customer service and 💯 recommend buying. I'm hoping bag number two is more durable!Update: the company did get back to me, I had never been notified of the message from Amazon. They will be replacing the bag. I will update once I receive the replacement, but so far, the company stands by it's products! I'd absolutely buy again.Old Review: I loved this bag, while it lasted. After a couple months of very light use, it started to tear and shred the fabric at one seam; I figured, no biggie, it's still functional. Then the main zipper broke. Now, it's not functional and needs to be replaced. I tried contacting the company as it happened 1 day outside the return window, and I have yet to hear back. I'd buy something more durable.

This bag is a bigggg one. Plenty of space for your pump, a decent size bottle cooler, storage bags, extra pump parts, snacks, reading material, and maybe a bit more. I took this back and forth to work and had no problems carrying it and loved how spacious it is.

After using and loving one of these bags for about 6 months, the fabric tab protecting the end of the zipper came off and the zipper fell off the track. I emailed the seller, LiveLifeBrands, in the hopes of getting a discount on a new bag, and they went above and beyond and refunded the entire cost of a new bag. Very satisfied with the bag itself and particularly with this stellar customer service. I use this as a combined work/pumping bag and the sleeves and pockets are very useful for transporting and storing everything that comes along with pumping at work. Great product and great seller!

I adore this bag. It actually fits my meddle symphony and everything i need for a successful day of pumping at work. my corkers thought it was an expensive brand name bag because it's so cute!!! love all the pockets in it and the option to carry using the handles or the shoulder strap. this bag is a steal at it's price!!!!!!!

I wanted to like this bag. I love the different compartments. It fits my Medela pump in style perfectly. It even comes with a little net baggie that I keep my flanges and bottles in. Well after only 2 days at work this bag has ripped. I was trying to save money by buying a cheaper bag but I guess I will go ahead and purchase the more expensive Sarah Wells.
