What's wrong with these hooks?
Nothing. They do the job. They hang even the heaviest slabs of ribs. Are they the strongest rib hooks I've ever used? No. But I'm not using them to hold my bodyweight. I'm using them to hold a 3 to 4 lb slab of ribs. For that, they work just fine.

Smaller Hooks But Get the Job Done.
I needed more hooks to work with my smoker and the hanging smoking rack. These do the job just right.

These are quite a bit thinner than the ones that came with my meat rack.

Inexpensive and Very Thin
These hooks may work for hanging g a sausage or a chicken quarter, but I would not trust them for anything larger. They are made of very thin wire. I have a Pit Barrel Cooker and will not be using these as a substitute for the heavier hooks that came with the PBC.

Flimsy but does the job.
It's thiner than the PBC hooks but it does it's job and the price is great!

ottimo materiale
HO un bbq autocostruito simil Pit Barrel, e cercavo dei ganci a costo decente da usare per appendere le carni per la cottura. Questi sono molto ben fatti anche se un poco più lunghi e con una curvatura maggiore sarebbero stati, per me più comodi.
