NO USERS MANUAL
I can only give this 2 stars...this is supposed to be great for seniors...but the tiny booklet enclosed has print way too small to read. Also VERY frustrating that there is NO product guide with instructions on how to insert the battery, no idea how to use the flashlight, etc. If you are looking for a product that offers many frustrations, you have chosen the right phone!

Long Battery Life and Big Display
Wow! I love this phone... The battery lasts for almost a week without recharging. The screen is large and comfortable on my eyes. The keypad numbers are nicely Sized and each one has an individual pad. How wonderful. The phone is hand sized and comfortable to hold. It is four months now since I have it and there is no problems.Its unlocked and I have two SIM cards in it which works perfectly.

Claim is it's good for seniors and kids.
Great battery and appeared to be well made, but getting it to work was beyond my capability. Hell, I couldn't even get the flashlight to work. Could hve been because of the lack of a decent owners guide.

Fisher Price Toy
Battery starts discharging every 5 minutes in front of your eyes. The camera is terrible, it's like using an infrared camera. You have to click a lot of buttons or selections to find what you need. The manual is a blotched picture of the phone only. You are on your own to figure it out. I had to buy an adapter card for my mini Sim card. The card slots are old school and not modern. Buy at least a $100 cellphone for quality.

Para una persona mayor de edad es aun un poco dificil desbloquear y usar el telefono
Mi sugerencia es que desde que se enciende la pantalla la persona no tenga que desbloquear el telefono y directamente pueda contestar y hacer llamadas
