I bought this for my daughter because she is currently obsessed with cake decorating and wanted to decorate a cake for her nan's birthday.We have previously tried other gels and there is no comparison. This gives a lovely colour. The colour matches the product photos completely, which I find is rare. You can get vibrant colour with little product but can built up the intensity to your liking adding more. It does not mess with the consistency of the butter cream at all, did not streak and blended in so easily and evenly.This is now my go to brand for food colour. The price is right, the colour is there and it does not mess with the flavour at all.

Creates a great brown colour that can be light or dark depending on how much of the product you use. You don’t need much for a light brown. Was easy to use and clean and much more effective than regular supermarket products

Love this make always gives a good colour

Works well for adding colour and can also whiten yellow buttercream in small amounts. Lasts a long time as you only need to use a little. Taste appears neutral. Was easy to clean for me.

The colour wasn't vivid. I wouldn't be getting this product anymore. I was really hoping to get a red colour with my buttercream. I had to add and add and add. At a point, I was tired and even added another food colouring paste which didn't make it any better so I just settled for pink or was it peach? Overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't be getting this product anymore especially if I'm going with vivid colours.

A little goes a long way! Achieved soo many different shades & the quality is one of the best I’ve tried :)
