Dangerously misleading! Stated NRV for calcium is 225 - not even close to recommended daily dose
NRV is stated as 225mg when the accepted recommendation for an adult is 1000 to 1200 mg. So a woman of 50-75 would have to swallow 15 capsules daily, not stated serving size of 3, and that means 12 servings, not 60, per bottle. But wait! Magnesium is stated as also 225mg per serving, so taking the 12 caplets needed to get a full dose of calcium would mean seriously overdosing on magnesium.
