Genuine Leather Boxing Gloves Black 16 Oz. Pro Impact ($80 Value)

I’ve ordered 3 pairs just trying to make a matching pair. The thumbs are sewn inconsistently. I’ve finally got a left that fits really well. About to exchange for a fourth pair to try again. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a matching pair, right?! I can’t speak for the durability as I’ve not really had a chance to use them but if it’s anything like their quality control I’m not optimistic.The glove that was sewn correctly fits well. Felt really tight at first especially with their wraps(totally different review). Like a tight shoe but I found it felt really nice on the heavy bag.I hope they last and will def update the review either way when I have a matching pair that I’m able to actually use. Fingers crossed.

I practiced martial arts for 15 years and then got caught up in my career and quit training. Years went by and after putting on the pounds I had had enough and wanted to revive my heavy bag training along with some cardio work outs. That is the best combination of training I know. So I set up my small training area and then went to dust off my old gloves. Sadly, those gloves had disappeared. I had to buy new training gloves.I was vaguely familiar with the Pro Impact name and I had never used their product before. However, the other reviews here sounded positive and so I purchased these gloves (16 0z) from Amazon on October 16th. Two days later they were delivered thanks to Amazon's speedy shipping. I work out five days a week on a 70 lb. bag and I have to say these gloves are the best I have used and especially now that they are broken in and they broke in nicely.The craftsmanship is excellent. The stitching has held together and that after punishing these gloves through full power poundings on a 70 lb. bag. The best thing about these gloves, though, is they do a fantastic job protecting my wrists and hands. I am a middle aged man and let's just say that the joints in my hands and wrists "talk to me" about the abuses I gave them when I was younger. With these gloves though, I am able to get through my workouts and I don't suffer any pain nor stiffness. They do their job and then some!With these gloves you are getting great quality and most of all excellent protection for your hands and wrists.

I have been using these gloves for a couple months now, 5 days a week for about 45 mins each workout. I didn't want to write a review until I tested them out pretty thoroughly. The good news is they've held up to all the crappy punches I have dealt out to my poor heavy bag in the garage.I didn't quite know what to expect when ordering these but I will say I was pleasantly surprised when they came in. They smelt great, not synthetic at all, but a nice leather smell. The other good thing is even though I sweat like crazy sometimes in these gloves, they never get that locker room odor.The leather is pretty good quality, and the stitching has held up nicely. I can see myself using these for a few years on down the road. Your hands are definitely well protected and I haven't had any problems. That's the thing though...I don't really give out 5 star reviews....but I couldn't find anything wrong with these gloves. Just a great well crafted pair of boxing gloves.I would definitely recommend if you're on the hunt for some good quality gloves.

Like everyone else, i was skeptical about buying these gloves. I actually bought a pair for hayabusa tokushu gloves before i got these mainly because of the name brand. Anyways i ended up returning them because i felt like $120 for a pair for gloves, especially a popular name brand, was too much. So i looked around on amazon to see what was selling the most, and i came upon these. At first i thought to myself, 'who;s heard of pro impact?'. I started to think these were just some ordinary gloves, i didnt think much of them. Then i saw the customer reviews, and started to have second thoughts. So i decided to dish out $60 for a pair of these and let me say, i am not disappointed one bit. They might be a tight fit at first, especially if you're wearing wraps(which you should at all times!), but after about two weeks of hard training, these fit really nice. The wrist support is great. My other gloves that i got, title impact, were complete garbage. They had horrible wrist support and were loose. Dont hesitate to buy these!

These are great gloves . They are a little hard for sparing. They show no signs of break down after weeks of hitting the bag and sparring. In fact they require a little breaking in like a pair of leather boots. I think these will last a very long time, years i would imagine. They are constructed well.

I was looking for some nice leather gloves that didn't break my wallet and found these. I was kind of wary because I never heard of pro impact brand. But from reading the great reviews I was put at ease. I love the new leather smell and it's really fun breaking them in on the heavy bag. The fit is tight at first for big hands but it will gradually break into a great fit. The wrist support is excellent. The strap placement and size make it a breeze to put on and take off by yourself.If I had to name a con for this product, it would be that when hitting the bag for a while, you start to feel the impacts on your front finger knuckles. But the satisfaction of hitting on the bag full force and not tweaking your wrists just may overshadow that.I also bought the  Pro Impact Curved Focus Mitts Genuine Top Grade Leather ($75 Value)  with these. I recommend those also. Same quality leather and construction, affordable price.Overall great investments for training.

this are my main gloves and have to say nothing but good things about them, I love them, starting that they are plain black, no weird colours or big brand name around the glove, they are all black and I appreciate that in a pair of gloves, to keep them serious style.At first I wasn't expecting leather to be honest, I was like "yeah yeah is fake but whatever because is cheap" and was really surprised after I got them and is real leather hahaha, I mean I was in shock lolthe fit is perfect, it gets better with time because the glove get used to your hand so it gets better and better, I do boxing constantly and is for now my main gloves, I love them and really like to keep them clean, also got them some glove deodoriser that I really recommend to keep it dry always.very good and happy gloves, I rally highly recommend.
