It's faulty
Got this and only works on 2nd setting first doesn't work . It's very quiet. Just disappointed the first setting doesnt work

Powerful fan with 2 settings... Has a stand to stand alone or a large clip to attach to a table.My only minor complaint is that it can be more noisy than I expected

Small low cost simple white fan for those that need a breeze
Decent breeze from a small fan. The movement range up/down is very limited but the clip means you can find the right angle. Adjusts infinitely left and right.Assembly took 1 minute. The base is a nice addition if you want to use on a desk.

All very flimsy, difficult to put together. 360 degrees? Only if you physically move the thing. It functions.
