This brand is great. The pills are a decent size and easy to swallow. Unlike others they don’t leave anUnpleasant after taste in my mouth.

This is the first time I have tried Ashwagandha. I have heard a lot about it, but there are not as many scientific studies that I can find online to evaluate how effective it really is. Since most of what I have read indicates that there are no serious side effects, and Nature's Lab is a company I trust, I decided to see if this would help reduce my stress and help me sleep better.After taking one capsule daily for a few weeks, I already do notice a difference. I do feel more relaxed most of the time, and I find at night I am not waking up too early as often as before.Some people report that they built up a resistance to Ashwagandha after a while, so if I notice that I will stop taking it for a while, but so far all of the effects have been positive for me.

Not sure why the post at the time of purchase says a 30 day supply since the bottle I received clearly says one pill per day, not two. As such, I'm more concerned about the inconsistency between the labeling and the maker's posted images and product details. I can't speak to the quality of the ingredients or the absorbency/potency. What I can say, is they are easy to swallow and 'could be' a good deal for 60, assuming you are supposed to take 1 per day and not 2. I really don't like feeling mislead or given inconsistent information, especially for something I am expected to ingest on a regular basis for my health. As such, I'm hesitant to keep taking these until there is some final clarity on the amount the user should be taking in order to get the advertised amount of the Ashwagandha root.
