Great breakfast
Had these before will order them again I like them I ordered these for someone I know we’ve had trouble with deliveries lately but Amazon are quick to re deliver or refundI think these are tasty well worth the money great for breakfast quick for kids before school filling

NAUGHTY BUT NICE
Oats are full of goodness and can keep you filled up for longer so less temptation to nibble on things less healthy ! But it's also important to still enjoy something that's a bit naughty as long as you have your oats in between- remember you can have them any time of the day - morning noon or night as long as you get some as they give you eb energy and strength 😃😇👍💪
