Comfortable and helps me add much more weight to the bar
I put it on an Olympic bar, so I can do weighted hip thrusts. It wraps well enough for me to do what I need it to do without using the straps that came with it, although it could be helpful to have. It allows me to use much more weight comfortably so, I’m very glad I bought it.

Totally the right purchase!
this has been a god send! Due to partial dislocations in both shoulders which can't be fixed. I have not been able to do squats for over 20 years.Until now. This gives great support across the neck and is easy to get good position for the barbell across the shoulders without fighting the bar.I can get my hands in close so I don't have as much rotation in my shoulders as they do not need to go back as far.As such I can now do a core strength move again.Im super happy I went for this, has and will change my entire workout program.

Good length and not bulky looking. I recommend this and I use this on Olympic bar.

Absolutely loved this pad. Very thick and provides a lot of cushion. Little adjustable belts keep the pad in place and prevent it from shifting. Perfect for squats and hip thrusts
