Great product for learning keyboard
Good quality sound. Great for absolute beginners like me. Touch sensitive keys provide a real sense of playing an actual piano. Learning made easier by the inbuilt song book and the light up keys.

Good starter
If you're learning piano then the casio has a track record of providing piano learners with keyboards with enough features without being too daunting. Bought this for my daughter who was attempting to learn on her phone using simply piano. So determined was she that I had to give her every chance of learning properly with a full sized keyboard with weighted keys and a keyboard interface that was easy to setup and navigate through. The light activated keys are a nice touch but can be disabled if annoying. Sound quality and instrument presents are more than enough. Yes yamaha have great learner keyboards with the Psr range but the host of features can distract from learning. So far she is very happy with it. Would also recommend keyboard note transfers to help with key identification.

Great keyboard for returners to piano playing
Haven't touched a keyboard for 50 years. Did some research and looked at videos and decided this one had the features I needed now and in the future if my keyboard skills improve. My playing is still rubbish but what joy it is giving me as well as exercising my brain. Would definitely recommend.

Spectacular learning keyboard
Wow, learning the piano has come a long way from my dim and distant memories of my ogre of a music teacher despairing with my muddled playing. For the novice (or rusty), the Casio LK-S250AD is liberating. You can connect to technology, use apps, razz up your musical accompaniment and learn at your own pace. Because it sounds so good and there are hundreds of accompaniments to select from, you can learn quickly because it focusses on the possibilities, not your mistakes. I couldn’t believe how musically-gifted I sounded after just an hour! It’s also light, portable and the keys are a decent size. The bass isn’t great, but it sounds good with headphones (and if you’re a beginner, this is probably the fairest option for anyone in your immediate vicinity). It would make a great Christmas present. Recommended.
