Great for cricket practice
My son loves these for cricket practice prior to games and in the back garden

A must have
I use these in my throwing, batting and wicket keeping drills in cricket. The players love them as they are heavy in their hand but don't hurt them compared to a hard cricket ball.

Great javelin practice balls
I bought this six pack of balls for javelin practice as 16oz = 454g and they are bright, a bit squidgy and fit in the hand really well— love them and so do my throwing squad :)

Good Training Aid For Cricket.
Bought these as a training aid for Cricket. The balls are of similar size to a Senior Cricket ball but weigh nearly 3 times as much. Great for bowling and batting with for a short period of time (2-3 overs) and then switching to a normal cricket ball. I wouldn’t advise using these balls longer than a few overs though as they are heavy and could cause injury if overused. I had to order these from the States but they only took 7 days to arrive. Recommended!

Great weighted balls
I needed a few more heavy balls for baseball practice and I have purchased these before in the past. They work great and help my players follow though with the swing. We are also able to use them for throwing as well as hitting so the ability to practice with these for multiple things is great. The balls were a good size about the same size as a regular baseball and they seem to last very long. It’s Comfortable in the hands and easy to throw

Great for cricket/baseball
These are great for weight training if you are a bowler (cricket) or a pitcher (baseball). Have been. Practicing with these and see improvement in my delivery speed.
