These are my first Bessey clamps but won't be my last. I've used Jorgeson/Pony and a variety of other brands. These are built to last, have deep reach and grip well. A bit pricey, but quality costs as always!

Using these to build open shelves. They slide quickly into position and stay there, then tighten with the threaded handle.Huge upgrade over the prior generation of clamp.

Purchased this to clamp some shelf parts together. Has very significant clamping force and a fairly deep throat. Finding clamps with a deep throat is difficult and this one was deep enough to meet my clamping needs. Bessey products are decent and the Amazon purchase price beat my big box store by a significant amount.

Bessey is not disappointing with this clamp. I should add the whole 1000lb series is of high quality.

I needed two clamps for a special little job I had. These clamps more than satisfied me. They offered the strength that I needed to pull the objects together plus the protective pads didn't damage the finished wood on my objects. They are a wonderful addition to my shop.

Awesome, as expected from this brand, but watch your national brand tire store for what appears to be the identical clamps for less than half the cost (when they are on sale). I have multiple clamps from both brands and I can’t tell the difference other than the colour. For context, I am a well seasoned woodworker - both professionally and in my spare time. If you aren’t concerned about the savings, don’t hesitate to get these ones!
