Good Concept, Poor Item
I got this as a Christmas gift for my niece. The item itself did not take up much space. We watched a video on how to use it on YouTube and it seemed easy enough. It was easy to get most of it together but the last part on gluing the ends together was poor. Either the glue was bad or it really was meant to be sewn together. We made two scrum hives and both didn’t last long in sticking together. Even waited till the next day in case the glue needed longer to stick together. Pretty disappointed.

Great gift for a young girl
We gave this to our granddaughter for her birthday and she loves it. She immediately started making scrunchies. We also gave her the clear plastic stand (bought separately) to hold all of her scrunchies, which she also liked.

Watch a YouTube video before beginning!
This was definitely a hit for our two granddaughters, aged 6 and 8. However, the instructions are not that easy with regard to the locking clips which hold the ends of the scrunchie together. We thought we were following the instructions but locked the clips before attaching the scrunchie fabric. If you watch the YouTube video for this brand, then it is easy-peasy. The girls watched the video and were able to make the scrunchies without adult supervision. Without YouTube, I doubt we could have figured it out. So, moral of the story--if you don't want to waste a pair of locking clips, DON'T try making scrunchies until you watch video instructions. The scrunchies turned out beautifully!

Waste of money
This is probably the worst thing I have ever purchased. It is cheap and the fabric is frayed and just looks bad. There is fabric glue, but it does nothing but leaves a dark, hard stains on the fabric. I thought my daughter could make some cool scrunchies, but instead we ended up throwing it in the trash. It’s cheaper and better to just buy them already made.
