Not well made and didnt work as intended.
It worked but fans ran at full speed all the time, even with the controller cable connected to motherboard, also the connectors were loose and did not feel sturdy, I replaced with a manual speed controlled hub, that fits in a floppy drive bay.

works well as a power splitter
i used this to power 5 case fans only. My PC case came with a controller so it was just the power that was missing and this worked perfectly.

Works well in a server. I did not use the PWN so I dont know if it works.
It works well used in a server so I did not use the PWM header. But it worked well in my case.
