This is a good quality, nice book with lots of detail and information! It came very fast and was in good condition:) highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Connects you with higher self with activities and mantras to focus intentions while meditating. Explains the meaning and intentions behind different mantras. Very educational.

Great book very interesting love the knowledge

Good as an introduction, but I sense this is not the ultimate or even near the best guide to the aphorisms; however, it is a good start, imo, and worth the money.

If you are beginner and started exploring books about shiva this book needs more prior knowledge. This is a vast info book with terminology that need to known , if u r ready to research more on ur own its a great book.

Maybe it was lost in translation? How many of us have read to concentrate on the tip of the nose, when it would have made more sense, as Sri Chaudri says, to concentrate on the area of the nose that starts at the Ajna chakra. To most English readers, I believe, the tip of the nose is where the nostrils are. I abandoned that idea long ago as the third eye made more sense to me, and Yogananda had suggested to do so.I like this translation, and it helps keep me on track. I wish this was in hardback.Thank you Sri Chaudri for this great paperback.
