This almond milk mix makes a truly yummy batch of sweet almond milk. You can add sugar, but honestly, the almonds are sweet on their own that you don't need any added sugar. I LOVE that about this product. It's natural and honest - nothing added to enhance.After making almond milk on my own from scratch a few times, I could no longer justify going through all that work only to have half the batch spoil because I couldn't drink it fast enough. This almond milk mix is really ideal for someone like me who doesn't drink a lot of almond milk throughout the week. I use it once in a while in my morning coffee and sometimes to bake with. I will be buying this mix again and again.

I made the best almond milk I have ever had! I stay away from dairy. Processed coconut and almond milks contain emulsifiers that upset my stomach. I tried making coconut milk from a can but there was always the can flavor to deal with, plus canned food is unhealthy. My recipe is 2 1/2 tablespoons in 16 ounces of water. Shake it up and you are done. I store it in a shake maker with the little wire sphere. It is easy to shake up before serving. The coconut was not as easy and the fat always built up at the bottom of the container. Store milk in the refrigerator.

It has a sweeter taste to it VS. Almondie which is also sold on Amazon. I bought both products to try them after I had to get off of organic dairy milk. This is an excellent product made in small batches. The sweetness is naturally occurring from the soil it is grown in from Italy. Fast shipping from their U.S.A. based distribution center in Illinois. It is Delicious.

This almond milk mix is delicious and takes me back to our 1st wedding anniversary in Italy (Capri) it's very hard to find classic Italian almond milk state side and I've naively tried regular almond milk in the supermarket thinking it was roughly the same thing, which it is not!I'm happy that amazon has this readily available for when I want to experience my little slice of Capri again.It's very simple to whip up a quart of this stuff with the mix. I will definitely purchase this product again!

Perfect for someone like me who doesn't drink a whole lot of almond milk. I make 10 oz at a time and that last me a week .. just put it a shaker jar and use as necessary. Much, much better taste than that stuff that comes in a cardboard box. Will purchase again.

Yes it is pricey, however WOW...the flavor is unsurpassed and we actually use much less per cup than suggested. Add a hand frother and make a great Almond milk cappuccino. Purchased more and travels well too!

Delicious and well-packaged, it made good almond milk, and I loved the gift cookie wafers that were enclosed, but the paste did not really suit my mixing needs. I bought Wellbee's Almond Flour for my daily glass of almond milk, and am happier with that.

I appreciate the customer service. The product is good for almond milk in a pinch when I can't make my own.
