I suffer from occasional adult acne + sensitive skin and I wish I had learned about konjac sponges much earlier in my life.I've used these sponges daily for about 3 months now and my skin has gone through a transformation. I have acne much less frequently than before and when I do, it goes away faster. My skin feels smoother and better hydrated since I started using the konjac sponges. The appearance and texture of my skin has improved greatly, I'm less blotchy looking since my breakouts have been all but eliminated.I've used all of the different colors of sponges that came in this variety pack and I can't say that I can tell the difference between any of them, they all feel the same and have results about the same as the plain white one that doesn't have any added ingredients so I wouldn't waste any money on buying the different colors specifically, but these sponges are fantastic nonetheless.For my routine, I pop a sponge into a bowl of hot water to soak while I floss and brush my teeth. By the time I'm ready to wash my face, the sponge is full size and ready to go. I've used a variety of different facial cleansers, all with great results. I find that with the sponges I need less than half of the amount of cleaner I was using before with just my hands or a cloth. I wet the sponge really well, squeeze a small amount of cleanser onto the sponge and work it directly into my skin in a gentle circular motion. Makeup removers like micellar water are great with the konjac sponges. Scrubs work well with the sponges too, just have to be sure to be extra gentle and not scrub too hard.The flat side of the sponges feel a little smoother so I use that side if I need more gentle cleansing and the rounded side if I need more exfoliation.The sponges rinse out easily, I use hot water to make sure they get clean and replace them every 2-3 months depending on when they start showing some wear.I feel good knowing that the sponges are biodegradable and I'm very happy with the results I've had. Been using it for a few days now and it is just lovely! Very gentle but effective exfoliator and it makes face washing feel more like an experience. I have a little pink plastic bowl I originally got for mixing face masks but it fits the konjac sponge perfectly, so I fill it up with hot water and let the sponge soak while I brush my teeth and such. By the time I'm done with all that it is warm and ready to go. Works great and lathers well with the kiehls face wash!I think twice a day would be overkill but nightly seems to work best for me. Love the little string on it too - makes it very convenient to hang up.

I'm a newbie to konjac sponges, but not to Asian skin care items. A lot of bloggers mention them, but don't give much info about them. I ordered and hoped for the best, and was THRILLED to get an email full of information from the seller after they shipped. She outlined how to use, skin benefits, differences in the ones in the pack... How nice is that? I even got a follow up email after they arrived to be sure I got the info and that I was happy with the product. And the sponges, I will tell you, are fantastic! They feel amazing on the skin. Very nice deal! I received my order of sponges promptly and without issue :) they came VERY securely packaged in their own box. All 5 sponges arrived just as they appear in the pictures, and they even come with adhesive hooks to hang in the shower or wherever you prefer!!The use of the sponge is very nice, gentle and easy to use. They are gentler than a wash cloth and leave my face feeling smooth, soft, and best of all-- CLEAN!The seller has made this experience very pleasant. I was emailed shortly after ordering, and the email was a list of tips for using the konjac sponges! Another email thanking me and making sure I received my order, and a humble offer from the seller to right anything that perhaps may be wrong, but everything is perfect! I love my new sponges, and will probably give these as gifts in the future!If you're on the fence about trying a konjac, just go for it!

These were the first konjac sponges I've ever used, and although I had been wanting to try them for some time, I really didn't know what to expect. The first thought I had when I got my package was that it seemed odd that the only ingredients listed are konjac powder and water. The online description would lead you to believe that each color contains different mineral benefits, but if so, they do not list them, which makes me a little wary. Either that or they've just colored them differently.I must say that after my first use - I was disappointed. I thought it would feel more exfoliating and clean. Instead my skin actually felt a little oily. I did not add cleanser. I decided to give it a couple more uses before deciding and I've been happier with my results the subsequent times. It didn't feel like it got as mushy as it did the first time, and I definitely felt cleaner.I'm not sure I'll be trading my face cleanser for these, but I do like them and will use them. I like the idea of using them when traveling as well. Easy to carry and use, without soap!

They get hard if not left wet. it is a process to have them ready to be used I don't have too much patience or time for that. they have a nice presentation in one they're wet and soft they feel very nice in your face but I don't think I would buy them again

These konjac sponges are quite soft compared to there's it have tried. I find them fairly long lasting (about one month) before they fall apart.The little holder for the sponge is useless though...it won't stick to any surface.

The sponges smell like chemicals! I’ve purchased a Konjac sponge which was actually infused with Rose and it doesn’t smell at all. I usually purchase Konjac sponges for $20 each from a reputable organic local company. I thought I’d try these because of the great reviews. Big mistake!!! The packaging is completely different. It wouldn’t bother me but what is making me more upset is that the ingredient listing on the back only state 2 ingredients (see photo). If these were actually infused then the list would be longer like the one shown on amazon. I don’t trust this product and I think it is completely misleading people.
