I am editing my original review but leaving the title. I still don't recommend to anyone with a nickel allergy. But I do highly recommend the company. Without asking for one, they took it upon themselves to offer me a refund. That is excellent customer service that is rare to come across.original review:I have a nickel allergy that usually has me swelling, itching, and blistering within a few hours of wearing something.When I put the ring in I assumed I had disturbed my piercing enough that it needed to heal up. So I ignored the signs.By the next day I had begun to bleed. The swelling was really bad. But, again, I thought it just needed to heal.I removed it by the 4th day and replaced it with a simple stud that was surgical steel. By that night the swelling was completely gone, the aching pain was gone, the bleeding GONE.So, if you have a nickel allergy STAY FAR AWAY

Works perfect for my double nose rings, the hinge stays closed and the gold has stayed gold. I would of paid 17.99 for the same 2 hoops from Spencer's. Would definitely purchase again in the future.

I ordered these to see how I like the 20g look. I have been wearing 16g septum rings and wanted to see how the 20g would looked stacked. My previous rings are 18k all gold rings. I compared these plated rings to them and they look exactly the same color. They were easy to unlatch witch is awesome because I’ve had difficulty with this with cheaper hinge rings. I loved the look. I’ve just put them in so I will update the review if I start to see any discoloration. You can’t beat the price compared to full gold rings that are $100+ each.

I have received many items labeled “gold plated” that tarnish with wear. This is not one of them! I have not removed for sleep, showers, etc. since purchasing and I’ve had no issues, the gold looks as good as when I got the rings! I also have extremely sensitive skin and these have not given me any issues.I used in my septum and nostril piercing.
