First, I know that it worked for me.Second, everybody's system is different.Third, I did additional research based on my own health issues.What convinced me to purchase this was the young lady with lupus that left the review about this product.While I eat healthy, the (SLE) fatigue can be brutal.I took one of the reviewer's suggestion and tried the resin in warm water.I used the scoop provided for 1 serving in 8 oz of warm spring water.Mercy! I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks for the resin to work. For me that was not the case.Initially, it felt like a brain boost for a few minutes then leveled off.I was able to cook dinner, clean the kitchen,do laundry, organize two cabinets, and a closet before I realized I wasn't tired.I had to drink a cup of chamomile tea tonight to make sure that I stopped. With an autoimmune disease you don't want to overdo it.I don't know how long this resin will work.Unfortunately with lupus, what works today may not work tomorrow.But I plan to order another bottle.This company received good reviews but hearing that it worked for someone with lupus was my deciding factor.Also, I think because I regularly drink herbal teas without sweeteners, the taste was not an issue for me.The directions didn't state how long to wait before taking other meds or how soon to eat after.It does state that it may interact with other meds.So, I didn't eat anything for an hour after I drank it and I didn't take any of my regular meds until 2 hours later.Sorry for the long review. I wanted to include details that might be important to someone taking other meds or like me dealing with an autoimmune dis-ease.Thank you.

It’s a great product, I feel balanced and happy the first day I drank some, it cleaned my intestinal tract out very quickly and easy! I know it’s a good product from the way I feel everyday! It doesn’t take much I even dip a drop under my tongue and drink it down with water or coffee

This was effective, I did not give it a chance to show me the results of taking the shilajit.

For anyone wondering, this is actual pure shilajit. I tested it by immersing it in 90% rubbing alcohol and it didn’t dissolve. Shilajit dissolves in water and other liquids but won’t dissolve in alcohol.

I recommend putting it in your tea each morning.

I've purchased this product before and loved it so I just reoreded for a 2nd time. After using it for about a week, I noticed it wasn't as thick or pasty as the 1st time I used it but kinda runny. After puttging it in my coffee for the 2nd time, (I put it in my coffee in the morning) I got a headache about 20 minutes after drinking my coffee, I felt wierd, my mental clearity seemed foggy... not sure if it was this product so I quit using it a few days and after cutting it out of my morning routine, my headace went away, my foggyness went away and I felt much better. So I tried using it again and all of the symptoms came back... so still unclear if this product was the cause of it all but discontinued use altogether and through it in the trash.... :-(
