They feel cheap but they do his propose. Packaging isn't the best of this item but tbh we just want the spoons.

These are amazing! I love having cooking utensils I can use on any surface & knowing that they won't be peeling or melting. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the edges of these are not completely smooth, which I had expected. So now, when I cook with these, instead of worrying about peeling or melting I'm worried a piece of bamboo will get in my food without realizing and my 1yr old son getting it.YEAR UPDATE: I had to throw away the oval strainer spoon due to the wood chipping off at the end, &getting in the food. That was baout 3 months after i got them. It's been just about a year now, all of them are in good shape besides the normal spoon. It now has a crack straight down the middle of it! I will no longer suggest these to anyone, I do not think these are real, good bamboo.2018UPDATE: I stopped using the normal spoon. I cant get myself to throw it away.. There is now a decent crack, straight down the middle, which makes me believe these are like 99% not bamboo.

I love!...love...love!!!...these bamboo cooking utensils! Seriously! I have never found as of yet a bamboo spoon/spatula...etc...that cleans up so easily! When these came I washed them with warm soapy water and dried them and threw them in my caddy. The first time I used one was for scrambled eggs. The last ones I had were very hard to clean up. I had to scrape off the eggs with a teaspoon. This was right after eating breakfast. It didn't sit long. These Premium Kitchen Bamboo Utensils are amazing! They clean up really nice...they seem to be non-stick...and I just love them! I would purchase these again if I am in need of more! Do it!...buy them! You won't be sorry!

I bought these after researching several brands. I was looking for UNfinished bamboo, which I was going to personalize with a wood burner.First, several had rough, splintery places which required mild sanding. My main issue, though, was the drastic inconsistencies with texture/finish. Two of the spoons felt much like raw wood. The other four, however, were varying levels of shiny. That is, a couple were so shiny as to look lacquered. This may not matter whatsoever to a cook, but it was very frustrating for a wood burner. The "raw", more matte finished spoons burned wonderfully, but the shinier ones were difficult to burn. I'll try to upload pictures, but there was a visible difference in both the spoon texture and the way in which the bamboo burned. It made me question whether they really were finished with some sort of varnish AND whether they'd be safe to cook with.

Purchased these as a gift for mother's day. She wanted bamboo cooking utensils, and since I'm young and broke, these seemed to be the best value for the price. On first inspection, there were a few splinters in between the tines of the spork and on the spatula. The utensil heads themselves are pretty small, but the handles are a comfortable length. I hope mom will be happy with these! I'll update with her opinion after she uses them for a while.

Wouldn't cook anything without my wooden spoons. Much better than metal ones or plastic!

product was good and in tact but when the delivery dropped off the package he just picked it up and threw it in the yard hard. I was watching him. Why didn't he just drop it off on the porch. Luckily nothing was broken. But I order from Amazon all the time and don't want to see tgis delivery man do this again. Some things I order are breakable. very rude

UPDATED: After writing my review, the seller reached out to me and replaced the entire set! Very pleased!Received these utensils and was really excited about the set but when I opened the package I found one of them was broken. The last thing I want is a splinter in my food or while handling. Sadly, I'm disappointed and will return.
