I have been using this for about 3 weeks. Within, the past week, I have noticed I'm not as tired throughout the day, so it took about 2 weeks to notice the difference. I also believe it's boosting my immune system, as I seem to be recovering from a cold quickly. Normally, I feel much worse with a cold and it lasts for a month or longer but I am almost recovered after about 5 days. The taste however isn't great. It kind of tastes like dirt with roots if that was a drink, but I mix it with 7 oz of water and chug it for the benefits. Overall, I will continue this product, as I feel the benefits are very good!

I must say, this is the first superfoods mix that makes me cough from just smelling the vapors. I use it mixed into apple juice or orange juice I make from my juicer. Flavor is good, a little on the sweet side for my tastes, but overall I might buy again.

I usually don't write reviews for products, but this one has been a game changer for me. I drink a teaspoon every single morning with 12oz of water and the difference in how I feel when I have this and when I don't is remarkable. This is how I'd like to feel after having coffee, but I get a WAY bigger and longer lasting energy kick from this product ( somehow?!). I have turned on all of my friends and coworkers to it. And for $15? It's a no brainer. I'll be using it forever. One jar lasts me for about 3 months.

Honestly that's a good thing if you gag on it when you open it that means it's real, this stuff is potent and very good for your body I would recommend taking it in the morning and at night but mostly in the morning or midday. Add it to your water and sip on it all day if you're working it's even better. This stuff takes the uric acid off you. I even noticed the bunions on my toes and by my big toe starting to fade. If you start getting diarrhea ween off of the vitamin c and only take a little bit. It's mainly for me and it's awesome stuff especially if you don't like swallowing pills and it has a great taste. I used to get it at the pharmacy store where I live they don't carry it anymore it used to be 1199 it went up three bucks which is fine but it's well worth it please don't go up and price anymore make plenty of it you will get many sales I guarantee you
