impossible to find through any local retail outlet
The item appears to work well, being the first replaced cartridge in a 20 year old diverter/faucet. I searched high and low at local retailers and finally broke down to ordering online. While I like to support local retail, the number and complexity of repair parts like this seems to make it impossible for them to provide the same level of servce I can obtain online.

Hard to find item locally not sold by Lowes, Home Depot, or Ace works great!

Perfect fit
Fit perfectly and was an easy install. Didn't even have to turn the main water valve off. Will definitely buy again if the need arises.
