If you mean velocity-sensitive (eg plays a note louder if you hit the key harder), yes. If you mean aftertouch, yes it has channel aftertouch. If you mean are they capacitive rather than physical keys, no -- these are slim synth-style keys that you depress to play, not capacitive like a smartphone screen.

Q: How many peak watts does this run at?

The device is labeled "12V DC / 1.0A" which is 12 watts. I have no idea what the normal or average consumption is.

Q: Will this work with my Polybrute?

It will work with anything that accepts MIDI or CV. I don’t have a polybrute but I would be surprised if it did not have MIDI.
