It works. No more attacks.
This stuff works as advertised. We have a lot of chipmunks, red squirrels and mice in our area and had attacks on 3 different vehicles of ours. One of them got into my husband's car and chewed right through one of the main wire harnesses right at the connector, so he started the car and several functions didn't work. That would have been VERY expensive to fix had he not been able to obtain the special tools and had the knowhow to solice in new wiring himself. That being said, since I've been spraying our cars that sit outside with this stuff, we haven't had a single attack. I spray everything under the hood that looks soft every few weeks and it seems to have made all the difference.

Doesn't work
I decided to try this as I have lots of mice in my car. It worked for the first round. I was ecstatic! And I sprayed the engine and under the car and in the trunk and on the floor. pretty much the entire car. And it smells pretty good. then, 2 days later, they were back. I sprayed and sprayed. Then I sprayed a day later and then 2 days after that. But they were/are determined. I refuse to use the lethal traps. So I will continue my quest for humane to get rid of the mice. P.S. I have 5 cats. And they are just not interested in the mice in the car. They're fine with the mice in the barn and chicken coops - but not in the car.

Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Update: the company reached out to me and gave me a refund. Pleasantly surprised. The company didn’t ask me to edit my review.Original Review: I really wanted this to work. I followed the instructions carefully and was diligent about spraying the engine bay regularly, but it made no difference at all. Rodents still got in. At the end of the day, I paid $40 for what amounts to peppermint oil and water. No noticeable deterrent effect whatsoever. Total waste of money. If you're hoping this will protect your vehicle, learn from my mistake—don't fall for it like I did.

Kept New Mice Activity at Bay While Dealing with an Existing One
Had evidence of rodent activity eating away at the insulation under the hood on a not so old car. I was very upset and bought this and an electronic rodent deterrent. I put the gadget in the car, and I sprayed this all over my engine bay. It smells good. I did this every day while leaving my hood up, with a floodlight shining on the engine. What I did not expect was the rodent hit the bait box my pest control company placed on the side of the garage. The mouse then must have gone back and forth until the bait ended his poor little life. He ended up dead deep in my wheel well and I had to put up with the nasty decomposition until it ended. I am happy with this spray and it doesn't leave any kind of mess or oily residue. My garage spelled great while I tackled my rodent issue.

As a repellent, works pretty good, but the sprayer is terrible
Seems to keep the rodents at bay, if you spray it a couple of times a week, under and around vehicles and along house entry ways. I have to say though the sprayer is awful. Mine broke after a few uses. Got more on my hands than around my car. I ended up wasting a lot of product because of the handle issues. Would I order again. Yes. I think I may have to pour from the gallon container into a smaller spray bottle and apply it that way. Hate that I wasted money on it. Maybe better luck next purchase.
