The taste is very good and the ingredients are also very good

Best achaar as per Indian standards
Achaar is supposed to have oil & salt so that it doesn't go bad. The best thing about it is, they're using Mustard oil. Other brands use palm/vegetable oil. Also, the mango pieces are intact not like liquidy gooey stuff.Great taste, appropriate spicy, & you can even smell certain ingredients like saunf, hing etc.

It's not completely dry, but has oil.
I was expecting it completely dry, with very little or no oil. But it does contain oil as any other mango pickle. However, taste is amazing....
