Rhino RackRTC Tracks Set for Cap/Toppers

Very happy with this product. Very very easy installation. One person installation too (two could make it faster but not necessary). Definitely would buy again and definitely recommend.

Used this kit to add a mounting system to the camper topper for my truck and have zero complaints. The box did arrive damaged and hardware was missing but customer service had the replacement parts at my door in under a week. Great product! Great customer service!

Just received this product and the box literally had two pieces of aluminum track and that was it. No end caps. No hardware. No instructions. No holes in the tracks to even attach to shell. A single 10 ft stick of unistrut would be far more useful, cheaper and easier to work with. So disappointing. I am requesting a refund.

No hardware or end caps were shipped. Reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and ship the missing pieces. Tracks are very well built. I’m happy I was able to get parts quick and able to install. Definitely will be buying the crossbars from this manufacturer.

Received all necessary hardware, nuts, bolts and endcaps are of great quality. Did not use one bolt on each side since my camper shell is only 5.5ft and we ended up spacing bolts at about 11 inches. The railIt self was nice and light yet strong. Camper is not perfectly straight but rail contoured around the shape of the camper. Overall great product happy with purchase.

I will start by saying I don’t ever do product reviews. I took a chance on this set of tracks seeing that some of the reviews were bad. Some customers stated missing parts and poor packaging. I didn’t have that experience. The tracks came in few days after ordered, and were packaged well, undamaged and included all hardware and easy to follow installation instructions.

I haven't mounted anything to them yet but they are of good quality and they will flex slightly to fit the curvature od the canopy.

I emailed them and they told me they don't have them and to buy them from other source. They offered refund after I drilled holes in Camper TOP. Item has no predrilled holes or it came without the rail cap ends, no bolts or rivets. As much as this product cost $$$$$$$$$$$ it should come with all parts to mount it. Buyer Beware You have to buy the mounting parts from other source.

I've dealt with this seller previously with another purchase, and I can say without a doubt, that they provided fabulous service then, and have done it once again.This Rhino Rack track set had a manufacturing defect that was identified shortly after opening. The manufacturing problem was reported to the seller, and they contacted Rhino Rack to resolve it. The seller initiated, followed through with and kept me in the loop throughout. Rhino Rack provided a replacement in fairly short order all things considered.Bottom line ... the seller did the chase ... Rhino Rack dealt with the problem ... and I'm the winner. My initial concern was the potential delays that could put my camping plans back weeks. But not the case. All parties stepped up with a total delay of about 10 days. Easter weekend, decent weather, a buddy's help and that delay will be a non-concern. Thanks to all !!!

CAUTION*** These are not as the picture illustrates, these are the RTC Tracks and do not have rivets or as flexible, these have the bolts and must be fastened by the back side.Overall I do like these better as they are much more solid and allow great installation in you are willing to do the extra work.I also had the caps broken but compared to the price difference, spending the extra bit is not an issue for me.

Good solid tracks , I use them with my Yakima control towers. They are cheaper and better made compare to my old Yakima tracks
