I’ve been a consistent user of this product for about a year now. I first apply a thin facial moisturizer, then a moderate amount of this product, covering my entire face and let this dry. Then I apply foundation. Every other product advertised to do the same thing, keep my makeup in place and last for an 8 hour day, has failed. This product works better than any other. While it doesn’t last the entire day, it works very well for the first have of the day and then adequate for the second half (of an 8 hour day). It will not last for much longer than a workday. If I am going somewhere after work, I would need to reapply my makeup or my rosacea starts peeking through. I am very happy with this product. No breakouts, dry skin, irritation or other negative side effect at all. I will continue to use this, unless something miraculous comes on the market that doesn’t break the bank. This is a good investment. I have tried all the shades as well and the champagne is my favorite. Just a bit of glow!

I m a very white skinned woman and I always had a hard time with make up, found this Laura gella pore refunding make up, it actually give me a light warm look and I love it. Yes it's expensive but what could you do with helping yourself look good at my age. Thank you!

Good product. The Rose Glow gives my face a subtle illumination that is quite flattering. (I am 74.) After a moisturizing sunscreen, I apply the Rose Gold spackling all over my face. Let it dry for at least one minute. Apply foundation. I am glad I bought it.The pump is defective. After a couple of uses, it fell apart. I now pour the product on the back of my left hand, and use my fingers to apply.

I so rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to. I ordered this as a good option for a 40+ year old woman who likes to wear minimal makeup, but still look polished. This stuff is wonderful! It lasts all day, my makeup doesn’t move, and my skin has never been the kind that makes that an easy feat. I strongly suggest this product to others. At my age I’m looking for long term favorites and this made the cut.

I have used a dozen and more primers, always looking for The One. The closest I've found to being perfect are Benefit Pore Professional, which is ridiculously expensive or Tarte Shape Tape primer, which I catch on sale now and then. I had high hopes for something called Spackle Primer, as I have large pores and the fine lines now that I'm in my 40s. My skin is patchy red in places, cheeks and chin mostly. I tend to have combination skin, oily in the T-zone, somewhat normal to dry elsewhere. I don't have a primer that's supposed to help make the skin glow in my primer arsenal, so I took a chance on Champagne Glow rather than just the normal primer. I thought maybe it might be good for a date night make-up base.I have to say, despite getting it half off in price and the huge generous size (2 oz when most primers are 1 oz or less), I am pretty disappointed in it. All it does is makes my face and fingertips glittery. My skin doesn't glow...it sparkles like there's gold pixie dust blown on it. It does nothing to cover or shrink the look of the pores or fine lines. My makeup does not noticeably glide on smoother nor does it last longer. So in short, it does nothing you need for it to do when you wear primer as a base for your make-up. I don't know how the normal Spackle Primer works in comparison, if its formulation is better, but for me I'd say skip the Glow formulations. I certainly won't buy this one again. It's only too bad I now have SO MUCH of it.

This stuff is GOLD!! Just very nice goes on very smooth. Makes my Laura Geller color correcting foundation powder makeup go on soooo smooth and even. Before I discovered this product my powder just did not seem to look nice on me. I had read all the reviews and I knew it should look better than it did or more what I wanted it to look like on me!! It mades it buildable!!! If u know makeup u will understand that statement if not google it!! Highly recommend this to older ladies to use with her color correcting foundation makeup!!! Makes all the difference!! Value was worth the price! Oh and u must have that slanted brush she sells as well.

an excellent face primer for mature skin. I have tried a variety of foundation primers, both high-end and drugstore.This one is the best especially for mature skin. My foundation stays on all day plus the primer smooths out pores.

This is a nice and light formula for a soft glow, without looking greasy. I have aging skin and freckles where this makes my face look fresher and more vibrant without actually tanning it. I noticed that I break out more on days I wear this, so keep that in mind for your skincare routine. I alternate wearing this to reduce breakouts.
