My husband and I are full time worker and enjoy a weekend getaway every now and then. This feeder allows us to leave our cat alone during the day and know that she can nibble away. It was also a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this cat feeder even if you are home all day.

We went from one cat to four overnight. We feed wet a couple times a day and free feed dry. Once everyone had a clean bill of health and were old enough to integrate, I bought a pair of these.It is easily assembled. I love that the bowl at the bottom is removable, easily cleaned metal - it seems more hygienic for them. Food drops down without much issue on its own, but occasionally benefits from a little shake at least for smaller kibble, because it can catch on an interior lip.For four cats, I'm refilling one every two weeks with small-ish kibble (Purina One Kitten).Note - this is not a water dispenser and I did not test for that. Note that the medium is not a small format feeder - its a small kibble silo! Measure height, width, and depth accordingly if it will be under something or sit on something.For the cost, it's a great value for our household - It makes our lives easy, they feel secure in that they always have access to food, and I can clean it thoroughly!

This product holds the cat food well and is easy to refill. It does have a problem dropping the food from the filling tank into the bowl. I need to use my fingers to assist this, and the reason I gave it 4 stars.

Product is as described, easy to fill and I love that it comes apart for cleaning.

The food tray doesn’t refill on its own with the help of gravity. Unless your cat figures out that they can move the food, you have manually move the food into the tray. I even tried to tilt the feeder but nothing changed. I bought it because I was going to be out of town and I wanted to ensure that my cat had plenty of food. I ended up taking the food out of the device and putting it in a big bowl as I always have. I’m a bit disappointed.

I have two of these, one small and one medium. The medium one works great with the filter, the small one doesn't. I took the filter out and it works ok.
