I bought this shower set because it had the graduated handle and removable shower head. Really pleased with the color. After it was installed the water would not get hot enough and the handle only turned about one quarter of the way around. I reached out to the seller. They responded with a solution, photos and the offer of a video. I suspect my installer just did not read the directions all the way through, but by the time the issue was noticed the directions had been long discarded.I have communicated with the seller three times now - the last time to say thanks. They were more than helpful as well as courteous. Highly recommend.

Just recently installed this in a rental. So far so good. Looks and works great. Had one small issue with water not getting hot enough but called customer service before tearing into anything. They were very prompt and helpful. Also even checked back in. It was only a 30 second simple fix. Would buy again.

For the price, the quality looks great and it works as it should.A couple minor downsides: The finish is easily removable, so you have to be careful during installation. The cold water control valve vibrated shut after a few months of using which just required us to remove the handle plate and re-open it. That was odd, but that's all it took to return it to normal. Then, a month or two later, the small D style o-rings began to dry rot and fail. This caused the faucet to slowly leak. We contacted the seller to purchase more D-rings since they're unique to the cartridge, and instead they sent us a brand new cartridge! That was un expected and above and beyond.

Purchased this for my bathroom remodel. The matte black Looks great! Pressure is good and no issues so far. I did have a minor issue but the seller was responsive and made things right. thank you!!

Excellent customer service. The shower holder piece broke off after 2 years of use. I messaged customer service and they immediately replied stating they will send a replacement part right away.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product had a constant leak , contacted email that’s stamped on the box was told it wasn’t their product there’s was no phone number to call , very poor quality product I gave 1 star because it’s pretty. Valve stem can’t be replaced . I went to Lowe’s and purchased a shower faucet set works great .

I took a chance on this one and regret it. It looks nice, but The water pressure for one is not the best and even more disappointing is the hot water not coming out. I like to take very hot showers and the valve is limited to a mediocre luke warm/cold temperature. If you like cold showers or don’t need to run hot water when cleaning then this is for you. Everyone else, stay away! I had to purchase a totally different one because it requires a different valve that does not have that pressure/temp restriction.

Perfect upgrade for a old bathroom. I didn't lose any water pressure at all. This system is quite easy to set up with simple instructions. It is perfect for a bathroom remodel the value of this product is well worth the money. I didn't buy the same exact one but I bought another shower kit for our other bathroom from the same brand. That's how much we like the way this kit looked in our newly renovated bathroom. Very satisfied with the product and would recommend.
