Great source of biotin. This is not collagen - it’s a collagen builder (It helps your body make its own collagen without animal products). My nails feel stronger.I will update in a few months to comment on my hair and shoulder mobility since those will take longer to show improvement.These have no funny aftertaste and are easy to swallow. They didn’t upset my stomach. I used to use collagen powder in my coffee. But I much prefer using a simple pill. I’m not a vegan, but I prefer this product over pricey grass-fed collagen powders.

Order this product to help with hair growth and skin. I have to say that at first I was expecting a capsule however the tablets are not hard to swallow at all. The taste is not bad once you look at what is inside I agian was expecting a bitter taste but was shocked to find it was not. The don't have a smell so when you open the bottle you don't get hit with harsh smell. These are one of my favorite collagen.
