The mixer arrived in perfect condition along with all the accessories (dough hook, whisk head, mixing head, egg separator, spatula, mixing bowl, bowl cover).Beautiful candy red color and nice finish, no scratches.The mixing heads have a wonderful non-stick coating that makes it easy to release the dough.Right out of the box, I made Prosciutto Bread for the first time. The dough mixed perfectly and the machine ran strong even when loaded with the meat, about 3 pounds. It is a very heavy mixture and the machine ran strong and relatively quiet.It has 6 speeds and a pulse function. Really easy to setup and use.I also made chocolate chip cookies and it mixed in the chocolate morsels very well.I used the egg separator while making crème brûlée, because I’m terrible at separating eggs by hand. This tool simplified the process and enabled me to successfully separate the yolks I needed for the recipe.I included a few pictures of the machine and the bead. I should have taken more pictures of the dough on the hook, which slid off the hook easily.Next, I’m going to make butter for the first time. This machine is opening up another world for me.I’m very happy. I have no complaints, it was a very satisfying purchase. I always wanted a mixer like this but couldn’t justify the expense. This kit is justifiably priced.I am now the chef of the future!

Has been bought this as a Christmas present for me I absolutely love it I have been wanting one feels like forever works great it's easy to use the splash Shield is really nice too my kids will watch while we're mixing stuff together and they like to be able to help out so they're able to add you know some ingredients as well and find it just so cool to watch definitely suggest anybody that wants a mixer like this to buy it

I just received it and made a loaf of sourdough with the dough hook. I hand stirred dough just for a few seconds and let the mixer do the work. I used the PULSE setting just a few times and it made a perfect dough ball in just a few pulses. The dough released off the hook with no trouble. I am eager to make a cake next. I rarely bake and I am new to sourdough. I have had a small hand mixer for years and needs to go bye bye. I bought the aqua color and love it. I selected this because of the 660 watt motor and did not want to invest in a major brand we all are familiar with. I am happy with this decision. It looks great on my counter and if I want to put it away it is easy to move. The beaters are dishwasher safe, but I will most likely baby it and hand wash them. Love it so far!

I'm not a huge baker but bread recipes are way easier in a stand up mixer. That being said I do see what others have stated that unit will groan with some mixes, or bend and flex when bread hook is used on some recipes. It hasn't stopped or gotten warm, ( I run 35+ min ) getting raw jersey milk to separate for butter.Is nice vs a hand mixer. Even though it's 1 5th the cost of a USA mixer, and can't do more then mix with batter paddle, wish head, and dough hook, it works great for 95% of what I do . If I burn this up, then a deeper decision on spending more money for another unit will be made. Until then good unit, nice price.I do wish they made a cover for hole in splash guard. I use aluminum foil to cover if high mixing is needed. Just a thought, couldn't cost much to make a plug for hole as a tool for unit.

I’ve had this mixer for two years and it is still going strong. I am a baker and use it for all my cakes, buttercreams and I’ve recently just started to use it for sourdoughs and again it is great . It has great power and large bowl . I got this mixer in a time where i couldn’t afford a kitchenaid , i know can afford one and still haven’t made the purchase because this mixer is still going strong . I highly recommend.

Very reasonably priced mixer and worked perfectly! It isn’t loud and stores nicely in a cupboard.
