Total lifesaver.
Cool chemistry! That alone was worth buying them. I will absolutely be buying them again. The heat is perfect and controlled, I threw away my rice bags because they would get way too hot.

Must have in any home!
Nice heat, really comfortable. But the best use is putting them in the fridge and using as a cold pack as well.

Won’t activate
I’ve used a similar product and loved it. It got punctured in a move and I bought these as a replacement. This brand is not as good though. I’ve clicked the “activation button” about 20x and nothing is happening. I tried 2 others. Still nothing. I got one of the little ones to work. But seriously, these suck, they shouldn’t be that hard to use. Genuinely disappointed.

Buy unscented if you have migraines
The lavandr smells like Irish spring soap and fabuloso floor cleaner. As you could immigine this is NOT a pleasant smell when you have a migraine. The hot packs are nice though. They feel good on my neck and head. I just wish the smell wasn't as harsh. I have other hot packs from other company's, I like the mint scent. I will be avoiding the lavender from now on.
