Effective solution

Great Freezer Alarm
For the life of me I don't know why they put alarms on fridges but not freezers! That said, if they didn't I wouldn't have found this little gem of alarm. The fact that it's so small but has so many alarm options gets this alarm 5 stars from me!

What a great item. As I am getting older I sometimes forget to close my front door properly, this let's me know right away. It would be a great help if you are watching out for children opening the door, also a great help if you are taking care of a person with dementia. So many different ways it can help you for peace of mind.

Doesnt work
I have set the alarm on mode 4 to alert when the fridge open, but keeps alarming even the fridge is closed waited patiently still alarms I have turn it off completely. Will have to return this unfortunately.
