Youth & Earth NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) Sublingual Powder 100g, NAD+ Booster, Ultra Pure, UK Lab-Tested

This is the first powder-form NMN product I've tried (previously those were lozenges). When I opened the pack, the powder clumped together inside the spatula and its difficult to get it out. The worst thing is its taste - let me tell you as an Asian I'm used to super bitter Chinese herbal tea but this product is ULTRA BITTER. I could barely let it sit under my tongue for 5 minutes and end up I had to shove it down with water. I don't know if I got a faulty product or the company changed its formula because I don't seem to see any other people commenting on the bitterness (only one person mentioned about it in Q&A in 2023). While I have other better taste NMN products on hand, I doubt if I would give this product another try for its effectiveness.

Like me, you probably first heard about NMN from Dr David Sinclair. I wanted to give it a try, especially because I'd read some positive scientific studies online. On the other hand, I also didn't have any real expectations. 3 months on, I've just ordered my third pack from Youth Earth.Here are the two main changes I can comment on in that time:1) My hangovers are more tolerable. Where I was once sick all day, I'm myself by mid morning no matter what or how much I drank the night before, and my partner's now the one in bed until 4pm.2) My energy levels are noticeably higher, like *a lot* higher. I'm not drained after work, and I feel like I can pack more in one day than I ever used to. I cannot emphasise enough how alive I feel, it's really hard to describe as someone who walked around zapped of energy.PS Be careful opening the packet as the powder may fly everywhere. I keep mine in the fridge and take one spoonful at night, although some people take in the morning.

The powder offers potential benefits, although it's hard to track progress. Despite uncertainty, I continue purchasing it due to minor improvements in energy levels. Worth considering as a supplement with promising effects. It's worth noting that the taste is very bitter.

First of all, let's be honest. This is a very expensive product, Would most people be better off just being honest and losing that belly fat with healthy eating that cuts out the cake, sausage rolls and alcohol, and doing couch to 5k? Undoubtedly. Have most people read the research which showsc that any benefit of NMN - if at all - is only felt months or years later? Probably not. But assuming you are willing to gamble, in an Amazon world where there are lots of charlatans selling icing sugar as magic dust, these guys are one of the few honest merchants. I've sent a sample of what I bought in July off to a lab because I wanted to buy a lot, and it came back genuine, so I am stocking up.

Ridiculously expensive, really small and powder makes it difficult to do anything with. However, the worse part is, I felt terrible taking this, i felt so intense, moodo were all over the place, poor sleep and brain fog..I had none of those before taking this..stopped and I felt fine.. I’ve tried a lot of NMN brands from Amazon and this has been my favorite so far. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have noticed a huge improvement in insulin sensitivity; whenever I take NMN, I need less insulin to cover the carbs I ingest. Apart from that, the increased concentration and energy boost I feel with this is similar to being on adderall, except this is actually good for you! If you, like me, prefer to dissolve your daily dose in water, this powder is extra fine and does the job. Definitely worth the money, especially considering the long term health benefits.
