2012-2017 Veloster. Works great. Adapter F. Well made, heavy duty. Can take the clinks and clunks of working around the caliper and rotor. Magnet on end is extremely handy. Caliper hangers were unexpected nice addition.. Good to have for the new age rear disc brakes.

Excellent value and very complete set. Used to compress the rear piston on a 2021 SQ5. Initially I rented one from Autozone and didn’t work it was missing the three prong adapter but this set saved the day.

Works very well

Tool was used to compress caliper pistons for rear brake pad replacement. Previously used a C-clamp to perform same function for the last 40 years but this tool made the job much easier. This brake tool was purchased because I now own a vehicle that has wind-back calipers so will eventually need that functionality when brake service is performed on that vehicle.Only complaint is that the black coating had a black powdery residue covering each metal adapter piece of the tool, and the black coating rubbed off causing black hands and fingers each time the tool was handled. To solve this, I thoroughly wipe off each piece with paper towels and mineral spirits. This solved the problem but did take about half an hour of cleaning. After cleaning, the coating appeared shinier and less dull.Also, I would suggest using light machine oil on the bolt of the thrust screw assembly prior to use.

Magnet is strong, all the pieces came packaged great with a little book that says what each piece is used for. Additionally it came with a cheap pair of throw away gloves that worked out great for a pair of truck gloves and two caliper hanging hooks! Great buy super happy
