Honestly, I'm a huge believer in western medicine. It works, as we all can attest to. In terms of herbal remedies, I use plenty of them. Some of them seem to work, others, no difference at all. With that said, regarding T-Relief Extra-Strength Arnica, all I can say is I an now a believer. It works amazingly well as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever for joints/muscles within minutes of taking the supplement. I will also say, as a word of caution to folks considering taking this stuff, be careful not to take too much. I chewed down more than the recommended amount one day (my fault I know) after a very rigorous workout and while my joint/muscle pain was taken care of, unfortunately I had very strong stomach cramps. Apparently this stuff in high doses can cause stomach aches, among other things. Aside from that, as long as you know not to take too much, this stuff really does work.

Works when you have muscle pain and choose not to take stronger things.

It is a very mild back ache reliever. Arnica helps with swelling so I did notice that it helped in that area. otherwise I don't think it is really a good value.
