The criticisms in other reviews about the small amount in the container are correct. It makes no sense not to fill it or simply sell a larger unit. That aside, like most L-Citrulline products I've tried, to really feel the results 10 grams is needed, not 3 or 5. Mix with water and a dash of stevia and some caffeine. Also note Citrulline can be hard on the stomach and you can build up a tolerance to these products quickly with daily use, so I'd advise one to use it sparingly.

This is quality L-Citrulline, and I expected it to be given it's a licensed product. I definitely notice increased nitric oxide production post-gym workouts and it's tasteless so it's fairly easy to mix in water. Price was very competitive versus other brands.

I blindly took these supplements thinking they would only be good for me, and I wound up with inflammation levels that were through the roof, difficulty sleeping, lots of acne, anxiety, and advanced onset arthritis.Nitric oxide is inflammatory. If you are prone to inflammation, you should really avoid this.Additionally, the way many anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications work is by reducing nitric oxide levels. This is because nitric oxide inhibits serotonin. High nitric oxide levels therefore increased anxiety and depression and can cause insomnia.What's more, high nitric oxide levels are associated with acne.I really wish everyone was open about listing all of these problems with these products before people just start taking it and not realize the effects it has on them. You really need to be informed about the pros and cons of taking this. And ideally you maintain normal nitric oxide levels that your body naturally creates when you eat a healthy diet and exercise.
