Be careful, i got an allergy from one of the components. My whole body become red after taking 4 bills per day in 2 doses.

Not that effective not worth the money you'd rather buy something else trust me the schedule and thingy and all the other reviews on the Internet are not true it is literally of no use

Not sure what to review as everyone will have different experiences with supplements. I have lost 5 pounds in 30 days (lost more fat but gained back muscle hence a low weight loss) I guess this stuff works? I take it before a workout but like all dieters say its 80% of what you eat...dont think you can just take these and go order 2 large combos from McDonalds and lost weight....these are probably the people leaving 1 star reviews...

This was a waste of money. I been following my diet and been loosing between .7 and 1 pound per week. I thought this would help,nope . Don’t waste your money on this .
