Buen producto
Lo utilicé con una cortadora Dewalt DW872 de 1300 RPM. Al utilizarlo en PTR de 2x2 de acero inoxidable con cortes a 90º, los primeros cortes fueron maravillosos: pocas chispas, casi nada de rebaba y sobretodo cero calentamiento. Siempre cuidando mi herramienta y mi disco para que dure lo más posible. Posteriormente, cuando tuve que hacer cortes a 45º en el mismo PTR (mismo tramo), comienzan los problemas a tal punto de que ya no pudo cortar las últimas piezas y tuve que utilizar otro disco auxiliar reafilado que tenía. No sé si en general son los discos los que fallan, el acero inoxidable es demasiado duro aunque lo cortes muy despacio (con esa cortadora), las RPM siguen siendo altas para éste tipo de discos/cortes/material, requiera constantemente soluble para evitar que se comience a calentar el material o una combinación de todo lo anterior. Habrá que hacer pruebas más adelante con una cortadora de menor revolución hechiza que deseo fabricar...
