Q: i purchased two bottles, one for kidney and one for lover. Why do you have to take 2 capsules 3 times a day.why so much?

Those are the number of pills needed to give you the correct amount of active ingredients. That being said, I would start with two capsules once per day and see how that works for you. There are many different variables involved with medication. One of these is weight. I am a very small individual (5 ft, 108 lbs) and rarely require the full recommended dosage. Also, when you are trying something new, I find it helpful to start with a low dose in case of any adverse side effects. That being said, there are also many other brands such as Planetary Herbals, that may not require as many pills. However, I like Dr. Christopher's and find it effective. I've never taken it for more than two weeks at a time, and that is far from the whole bottle. You may find another brand that works for you better price and pill-wise by doing some research.
