The casters are decent, roll well, and are easy to install. My issue is with the supplied screws for installing them. The screws are typical short wood screws. Interestingly they are a brass color while the installation plate is silver. Stranger is that they have tapered heads and are meant to be countersunk so the heads are flush with the work. But the caster plates are flat, with no depressions for this, so the screws sit about an eighth of an inch proud. Why these and not screws with flat heads? I ended up buying my own installation screws. Sure, no one will likely ever look under the chair, but c’mon seller, take a little pride in your product.

Not sure what happened but I never received these and received a full refund. Wish they had been delivered thou because I was looking forward to using them. The style is very cute.

Really smooth rolling. Had one that had hollowed wood out, pulled old one out, and put in plastic wood till 2/3 full and put in new one. Also the other 3, rolls good, but usually don’t use that chair. The flat part was broken on old one with missing bearings. Would definitely sit in it now. Recommend.

These casters are solidly built and work very well on carpet. The ball bearing swivel action is very smooth, and not at all wobbly. Definitely worth the few pennies more they might cost.
