I wanted something lower calorie with higher protein. The texture and consistency is the same as traditional pasta. Buying on Amazon was cheaper than my grocery store. Same serving of this compared to their traditional one is 90 calories less and 3g of protein more. So macro wise it can be helpful, mixed with a nice meat and sauce it can do you well. I had lean ground beef with sauce total meal was 300 calories with 26 grams of protein I’d prefer slightly more protein but it’s nice. Will be purchasing more!

Very good pasta. We try to eat low carb and that usually means omitting everything "white" like pasta, rice, white bread, and most potatoes. This product has a good percentage of vegetable protein in it and you cannot even tell by preparation instructions, finished texture, and it doesn't fall apart like all lentil pasta (if you happen to over cook it.)We can't eat too much of it, but is a nice treat - I think it's great!

I love this pasta. My kids have no idea it has protein in it and they say it tastes like regular pasta. The texture is just like regular pasta. It cooks like normal and is good for you!
