Faulty design and unavailable and poor customer service!
Never buy this brand as it has very poor or inadequate customer support especially in the state of Uttarakhand. The pressure cooker handles break when trying to close the pressure cooker lid and that is where his brand does not match up to Prestige and Hawkins. Big mistake buying from a company that is down south of India away from its main market in North India.
