Works very well for traveling. Packets are very convenient for packing on trips. I had a problem with the first on charging and after a conversation with the owner in California, he sent me a new one and it works great.

I like this product very much and I used it often. However, we moved and I neglected to drain it and clean it before I packed it up. When I finally got it out to use, whatever liquid was in there had molded and I had to throw the whole unit away. It was an expensive mistake. But I would buy this again and I may. It’s gotten more expensive so I’ll have to think about it.

Works well. Have to be careful wi th ON-OFF button when using. Due to size of hand. Worked well for 5 months and then wouldn't charge. Tried different USB cords but no luck. Refunded through Amazon contacting seller. Amazon employees the best in service!

As a long-term sinusitis sufferer with a deviated septum and post-nasal drip and whose sinuses get stuffed up all year-round, I can not overstate how great this product is.Ordered at end of January 2022 and it came in a few days and was packaged well.Unboxed it; read the instructions (very small print); filled it with distilled water and the saline I ordered for it; and pressed it to my right nostril and pressed the On Button. All I have to say is wow!For the first time in years and years of usinig cans of over-the-counter pressurized saline and nettie pots something happened that has never happened before: Saline went in my right nostril and came out my left nostril with a little coming out of my mouth.Next, I used it on my left nostril which was more blocked than my right. It was like I had cotton packed in my sinuses. I pushed the button and for a split second I paniced because the pressure was building up so much I thought my nostril might explode, but suddenly the pressure went dropped and saline flowed from my left nostril to my right with a little coming out my mouth.I gently blew my nose afterward but still felt wet so I gently drew in a breath through my nose and drew a fair amount of phlem the likes of which I have never seen.That was it. Went to bed that night and slept like a baby breathing through my nose the entire night. Used it again the next day then waited a few days and used it again. After that I put it away and did not use it again until tonight (6/6/22) because it's pollen season and I have had to use nasal spray to clear my before bed.After sitting for a little over four months it worked flawlessly. My sinuses are clear again. Will probably use again tomorrow and put it away until I need it again.Strongly recommend this product.

Just amazing. this will get into all the hard to reach areas of the nasal passages and will clean everything out. i love it. great product.

First one worked for about 10 months before display window failed. Second one failed after less than two months, just stopped working mid use, will not charge. Will look for something more reliable.

This is a very easy to use piece of equipment. It holds a decent amount of water and solution. It has multiple speeds and USB C charging built in. It can travel well.

I had initially written a negative review due to "operator difficulty" on my part. The nasal attachment needs to be correctly clicked into place for the water flow to work correctly. If it is not, you'll know it and probably think the item is defective. Believing it wasn't working correctly, and months past the Amazon return date, I wrote a negative review. The manufacturer promptly reached out to me with apologies and offered a FULL refund. I'm glad to say I figured out my error and no return is needed. Based on the immediate customer service response, I'd definitely purchase from this company again.
