Q: How sticky is the paper? If I’m using it for notes on a calendar will it rip the paper calendar if I have to shuffle notes around?

I think it depends on the kind of paper the calendar is made of. It might work on heavier card stock glossy paper. However, light regular paper it may rip it.

Q: Is there any full color thermal sticker printers?

There are colored papers, but the print will be grayscale.

Q: How does it print on the black paper?

It's a thermal printer. You have to use thermal paper and then the printer essentially burns the image into the paper. Don't worry it won't cause a fire

Q: Does this order come with the black spools that hold the paper?

Yes..the spool is already inside..its easy to operate
