Q: Where can I get the drivers for windows 10 64 bit?

We had to call name of the monitor. He helped us down load several drivers. Nothing worked for us. The touchscreen works but it is not calibrated correct for us. We have tried everything we know and nothing works for us. We have an old computer with old drivers. You can try the internet to see if you can find them. Sorry I don’t know anymore.

Q: is this monitor sturdy for POS touching?

It does jiggle some. We use it as restaurant pos and it’s best when holding corner with free hand.....but for the price can’t complain

Q: Does any one know how to get a hold of costomer service for this monitor. I have the user manual but there is not phone nor web site.
